Dr. Luana Marques is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Founder and Director of Community Psychiatry PRIDE at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and former President of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. With two decades of research on anxiety, avoidance, and decision-making under pressure, she is recognized as a leading expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBTs) and the creator of the Bold Move® framework — a science-backed approach to moving through discomfort and taking action when the path ahead is unclear.
She is the author of the critically acclaimed book Bold Move: A 3-Step Plan to Transform Anxiety into Power, which translates decades of clinical science into practical tools anyone can use.
