AI is reshaping how organizations work, make decisions, and adapt to change. For leaders and teams, successfully navigating this shift requires more than technical knowledge, it requires adaptability and psychological resilience.
Grounded in science-backed strategies, this course helps teams overcome the emotions that come along with AI-enabled workflows. Participants map their biological stress responses via the Thoughts, Emotions, and Behaviors (TEB) Cycle and identify avoidance patterns. Participants will leave with strategies from Dr. Marques's “Bold Move” framework to shift mindsets, approach AI, and align usage with core organizational and personal values.
