The Certificate of Specialization in Power Skills for Career Growth helps learners communicate confidently, lead with integrity, and thrive professionally.

Participants are expected to fully complete all coursework in three eligible courses within 18 months for either the Harvard on Digital or Health Care Leadership Learning Path to earn a Certificate of Specialization. Participants are expected to fully complete all coursework in five eligible courses within 18 months for the Power Skills for Career Growth Learning Path to earn a Certificate of Specialization. 

Upon successful completion of Learning Path requirements, participants can expect to receive an additional email notification within two months of the end date of their last qualifying course. Eligible participants will receive a hard copy of a Certificate of Specialization from Harvard Online, as well as a Certified Electronic Credential. Certificates are delivered by mail to your home address six to eight weeks after you have been notified of your certificate eligibility.
