Problem Solving and AI equips business professionals to use AI as a practical partner in solving ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise challenges. Grounded in a 5-phase design-thinking framework, the program shows how AI can support root-cause discovery, stakeholder analysis, prototyping, and solution refinement.
Participants will learn how to combine human-centered problem solving with AI-enabled speed and breadth, using AI to explore complexity, test assumptions, and strengthen final recommendations. The course culminates in practical methods for stress-testing solutions and developing high-impact project pitches that can move ideas toward action.
