Effective Writing for Greater Impact

Todd Rogers is a Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he teaches courses on behavior change. He is a behavioral scientist and the co-author of Writing for Busy Readers: Communicate More Effectively in the Real World. Rogers is particularly interested in how people read, and what motivates them to act. He has also co-founded two social enterprises: the Analyst Institute, which focuses on improving voter communications, and EveryDay Labs, which partners with school districts to reduce student absenteeism.

Ilana Glazer is a comedian, actor, and director. She co-created and co-starred in the critically acclaimed comedy series Broad City with her best friend, Abbi Jacobson, across five seasons. Glazer’s debut stand-up comedy special, The Planet is Burning, is on Amazon Prime, and she co-wrote and starred in the film False Positive, produced by A24 and available on Hulu. As an actor, she’s appeared in films and television series including Rough Night and The After Party. Glazer co-founded the nonprofit Generator Collective to encourage civic engagement and humanize politics through accessible storytelling. She tours with Ilana Glazer Live, performing her original comedy around the world.
